Include the device model, Android or iOS version, game version, selected language and the relevant letter or activity. Explain what you expected and what happened. Please remove personal information from screenshots and do not send a child’s face, voice or identifying details.
Sound and language
Check the in-game sound switch and device media volume. Narration depends on the speech voices installed on the device. Choosing a language changes the teaching alphabet and picture words as well as the interface.
Progress
Progress is saved on your device. Avoid uninstalling or clearing app storage if you want to preserve it. The Parents area offers a learning reset behind an arithmetic gate.
About the game
Version 1.0 is free, includes optional advertisements approved through the parent area, and has no in-app purchases. Ads may be unavailable in some regions or when privacy checks fail. You can send feedback about pronunciation, pictures, controls and device compatibility.
