Rescue the raccoons
Aim and shoot matching bubbles, then move the basket to catch raccoons as they fall. Check each level’s move or time limit. Your progress saves automatically on the device.
Restore Remove Ads
Open the shop and choose Restore Purchases using the Apple account that made the purchase. Remove Ads removes interstitial advertisements; optional rewarded videos remain available. Coin packs are consumable and are not restored. For a purchase that Apple charged but the game did not deliver, include the product and order reference in your email, without payment details.
A video is unavailable
Advertising depends on network availability, consent, and inventory. Wait a little and try again. Closing a video early does not grant its reward. The free daily wheel spin and the game itself remain available without watching an ad.
Language, sound, and privacy
Open Profile to change language, sound, music, and character. Device language follows your device automatically. Choose Save to keep your changes. Privacy settings shows Google’s available regional choices, and Privacy policy opens this policy. Tracking permission can also be changed in iOS Settings.
Report a problem
Tell us what you expected, what happened, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Include the level number if relevant. A screenshot is helpful if it does not contain private information. For Apple billing and refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
